Talafood main products supply is caught in the Namibian and South African
fishing grounds, and processed within our local premises. Also we have products coming from Argentina, Chile and Vietnam due to our agreements with local suppliers.

Cape Hake (Merluccius capensis / paradoxus), Austral Hake (Merluccius australis), Argentinian Hake (Merluccius hubbsi) both Sea frozen and Land frozen, caught by trawler or long-liner.
We produce all kind of cuts (H&G, skin on fillets, skin less fillets, centres / steaks, loins, bellies, formed loins, hake tongues, roes, minced, fishblock, sausage...) and formats (IWP, INT, 10 and 5 kg box, 1 kg plastic bag, 400 gr retail packing...)
